GraceHospice, Inc. is a licensed California-based healthcare agency providing nursing services in homes, skilled nursing facilities and board and care facilities to terminally ill individuals certified as such by their physicians, and are living within a 50-mile radius from our office.
Grace Hospice, Inc., received certification from Medicare and Medi-Cal, and accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) on May 18, 2006.

What We Do
Grace Hospice, Inc. offers its services to patients and their families a package of symptom management, pain control, emotional and spiritual support, social workers, home health aides-caregivers, physical therapy, occupational therapy and podiatry, right in their own home.
